I've finished that manga about 1,5 year ago. It's quite long, but... oh my, i love all characters there! The plot is like that: an american girl Mizuki transfer to japanese all- boys high school because she wants to be near her idol: high-jumper Izumi Sano. Happens to her, that Izumi become her roommate. During all manga we observe how their friendship grows, all Mizuki's troubles to hide her real gender, sorts of problems like: evil father, envious younger brother and so on... We also get a huge number of stories about typical high school live (school's festival, sport festival...) Of course, there's a lot of humor in almost every chapter.
As usual, the best are first chapters (about 30?) after that author sometimes has got better ideas, sometimes worse. Fortunately there are only few chapters which are very, very bad, so i didn't have any problems to read it all. However... the way mangaka end it is abosolutely too simple. [little spoiler] i thought: Hey, you could it end like this 40 or 60 chapters before![end of spoiler]
The style of drawing is simple, but nice. You won't get fabulous scenery or much shading but it's ok. Also, later chapters look better ;)
The most important are characters. Mizuki is typical shoujo heroine: cheerful and naive. But she isn't so dumb as most of them :P Sano is an introvert and bishounen, he is kind and liable fortunately he's got some shortcomings, so he isn't irritating for readers :) You get lively people in normal situations: that's the best advantage of the manga
To sum up: I LOVE IT! Everybody should read it, especially when one's interested in tags above :)
